1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this promotion is Oak and Sage LLC, 1847 Willow Creek Road, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78701 (“Sponsor”), doing business as Senior Parcel. Website: seniorparcel.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are fifty-five (55) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion period
The promotion is conducted in weekly entry periods (each a “Weekly Period”). Unless a specific Weekly Period is stated on the entry form or advertising, each Weekly Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Saturday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time the following Friday. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. The first Weekly Period begins on the date Sponsor first accepts entries via paid advertising or other public entry method.
4. How to enter
A. Online entry (primary method). During a Weekly Period, complete the official Senior Parcel entry form made available through Facebook or Instagram lead ads (or a linked entry page designated by Sponsor) with all required fields. Limit one (1) entry per person per Weekly Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries and bulk or automated entries are void.
B. Mail-in alternate method of entry (AMOE). To enter without using the online form, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, optional phone number, age, and the words “Senior Parcel Weekly $100 Draw” on a 3″×5″ card, place it in a first-class stamped envelope, and mail it to: Senior Parcel Giveaway Entry, Oak and Sage LLC, 1847 Willow Creek Road, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78701. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Friday ending the applicable Weekly Period and received within seven (7) days thereafter to be eligible for that Weekly Period (or, if received later, for the next Weekly Period). Mail-in entries have equal odds of winning as online entries.

4A. Email communications and entries (important)
Completing a valid online or mail-in entry during a Weekly Period earns one (1) entry for that Weekly Period only. Opening emails, clicking links, or browsing the Household Guide does not create additional entries and is not required to remain eligible for a drawing you have already entered.
If Sponsor sends marketing or educational emails, those messages may include optional links to household programs and partner offers. Engaging with those messages is voluntary. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time and still remain eligible for any drawing you have already validly entered for the applicable Weekly Period, subject to these Official Rules.
To enter a subsequent Weekly Period, you must submit a new valid entry for that Weekly Period (online form when available, or mail-in AMOE). There is no automatic multi-week entry solely by remaining on an email list, unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in a future amendment to these Official Rules.
5. Prize
For each Weekly Period, one (1) winner will receive one (1) Visa prepaid gift card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of one hundred dollars ($100). Total ARV of all prizes per Weekly Period: $100. Gift card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution of prize except at Sponsor’s sole discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Winner selection and odds
On or about the Monday following each Weekly Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that Weekly Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Weekly Period. Drawing will be conducted using a verifiable random method. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion.
7. Winner notification and fulfillment
Potential winners will be notified by email (and/or phone if provided) within approximately three (3) business days of the drawing. Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility and to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond, noncompliance, or undeliverable notification may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Prize will be fulfilled within approximately thirty (30) days of winner verification.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
9. General conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or email; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any other errors or problems. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
10. Release and limitation of liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and Meta from and against any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Meta disclosure
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. All information provided by entrants is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability related to this promotion.
12. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you understand that Sponsor and its partners may send you email about household programs, benefits, insurance, home, and related consumer options. Consent to receive marketing email is not required to enter the promotion.
13. Disputes
Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
14. Winner list
For the first name, last initial, and state of the winner of a Weekly Period, email hello@seniorparcel.com with subject line “Winner List” within sixty (60) days after that Weekly Period’s drawing date.
